Q: Is there anyone who can not use our chamber?
A: Pregnant ladies, patients who catch a cold or flu, or those who have rhinitis or otitis media are not recommended to use the chamber.
Q: How long for the session or treatment?
A: Usually, we recommend our clients receive the Osail therapy 5-6 sessions per week, 50-60mins per session. Using frequency or duration can be adjusted according to individual circumstances.
Q: What is the general time warranty expected for Osail oxygen chambers?
A: We will provide one-year warranty and lifelong after-sales services.
If any quality problem/fault in material/design is under correct operation within one year,
if it's easy to fix, we will send new components for free and teach you how to repair them.
if it's hard or complicated to fix, we will send a new chamber or machine to you for free.
